Okay, sorry, this is pretty ambiguous, but on the 85 runner there is this filter that dangles from the bottom side of my throttle control. It seems pretty plugged up, as I blow through it and it's hard to get any air through. I'm at work, so I've got no pics, I was just wondering if folks knew what it was so I could hit Napa on the way home and get a new one if air should be flowing more freely.

That is the dashpot filter:

Supposed to let air flow out slowly (to keep the throttle from slamming shut) and in freely.
