TDC question

Hello guys i have a quick question, i am installing my crank pulley onto my 22re. I line up the mark on the pulley to the mark on the timing cover at 0. The cam sproket dot lines up with the mark on the rocker arm assembly at the top am i at tdc #1 did i do it correctly. One thing im curious is when I rotate the crank 1 rotation the sproket dot is at 6 o’clock position one more rotation brings it back lined up with the rocker arm assembly mark did i install it correctly?

This is correct, as the cam turns once for every two rotations of the crank.

A second turn should bring your marks back into alignment. All good.
