Replacing ALL belts

So, new to the yota community... some of my belts are starting to squeal and there is some cracking... Im wanting to replace all belts as I just bought my truck and want a clean slate. My question is what/where is a good place to grab a belt kit. I looked online and found quite a few options. Also, I've never heard a a belt squeal because of down shifting... Which belt would do that. Thanks again guys. Also, is there a sequence for which belt to replace before another.

First you have to tell us the truck you have.
I got all belts for my 22RE engine in 22RE Performance.
I replaced my 22RE engine belts with the help of this guide:

As SomedayJ said, 22RE Performance sells them (Bando brand). https://22reperformance.com/22re-ft-...ve/drive-belts

They sell them individually because not all trucks need all of the belts, depending on the accessories installed at the factory.

You might be able to buy the belts locally too. I tried to look up the belt part numbers using the Bando website, but it would not let me enter any vehicle information.

Before you take the belts off, visually check the pulleys for wobble with the engine running. With the belts off, check the power steering and A/C idler pulleys for "gritty" rotation or being hard to turn.

Clean the pulleys with brake cleaner or similar to get any old belt residue off of the pulleys. This is not strictly necessary, but helps prevent belt squeal with new belts.

Your post keeps using 22-RE... My engine is just a 22-R... Are the belts for these engines identical?

Yes, they are essentially the same engine. The 22R is carbureted and the 22R-E is fuel Injected. The belt routing is the same. I actually have a 1987 22R myself.

I buy all my belts at the local parts store. Not picky on brands. I replace them every so often and keep the old ones as spares. Belts are one thing I am not sold on brand names.
