Pulley wobble
I've got a 22re, with the truck running I can see the pulley on the water pump wobble to and fro, with the truck off it seems nice and tight and has no play, also some chirping is also happening.

Here's a small world moment for you... Saw your truck for sale on the local craiglist (I live in GWS), haha!
When you're checking for the wobble with the engine off are you loosening the belt first? If the belt is still on there tight you probably won't be able to feel the play in the bearing. If there's any wobble in that water pump it needs to be replaced. Tension on the w/p is set by the alternator, it sits on a curved bracket.
Chirping could be the w/p bearing, or maybe the alternator bearing since they use the same belt. When my 22RE was chirping it was the power steering tensioner pulley bearing not the water-pump/alt belt. It could also be the a/c tensioner pulley (if you have a/c) If you're not sure you can take the power-steering belt off, run the motor, and see if it still chirps. Then take the a/c belt off and try. DO NOT try that test with the water pump belt off!

Haha nice man thanks. I've had this truck for about a month now so I'm working out the bugs. One of the bugs being the paint job lol. Currently painting her blue. Taking a break from priming.
