Metric Bolt Question

I am trying to secure my '85 22R engine to a stand, but the stock bolts are too short. I sized the bolt at the hardware store as a 12mmx1.25. I have tried almost every hardware store and the net for that size, but I can’t find a longer bolt that shares that diameter and thread pitch. Did I size it wrong? What is everyone else using?

That's the right size. I found some at ACE. They're out there.

I have some I don't need if you want to go through the hassle of shipping them.

Look for a bolt shop, every decent sized city has one, they are just generally a little out of the way. Might try a google maps search for one in your area.

Jason,

Thank you, I might have to if I don't find them here. I'm going to try the bolt shop as Swansen suggested. I'll let you know.
