level height susp.

i lifted my truck with 4 in. springs. thing is the back is higher than the front by just a little. i assume this is normal. so iwas wondering if anyone could tell me i guess what size front shackes i would need to even out the height. and also by raising the front shackes just enough to level it out, would i need to extend the front driveshaft or will it still be all good?

is this on a pickup or 4runner? also how long ago did you put the lift on. normaly with the springs it will take a little while and some 4wheeling for the spring to settle and break in. so i would suggest putting some weight in the rear and go wheelin and then see how the springs settle in.

Generally 1/2" lift for each 1" additional shackle length:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/Shackles.shtml#FAQ4

Front driveshaft slip yoke length would depend on where it sits now. If you can see any of the splines showing it may be too short and the added shackle length may be too much.

I would put a smaller shackle in the rear not front and as for driveshafts you should be fine with what you have unless you dramaticaly change the lengths

With lift springs installed, you probably don't want to go shorter than stock on the shackles or else they will either invert under droop or compress against the frame under compression:

You might consider pulling a leaf out of the rear springs to help them break in and settle faster.
