add-a-leaf or blocks?

I'm sure this has been discussed a thousand times, but digging through all the search results was taking me too long, so I figured I'll take the risk of getting burned.

What are the pros and cons of an add-a-leaf kit and blocks, because, like everyone else, my rear is sagging and I can't stand looking at it anymore. I'm not too concerned with the stiffness of the ride, so I just want to know through past experiences what you guys think, and also, where is the best place to buy either an add-a-leaf kit or a pair of blocks?

Thx

A good AAL is the way to go, Rancho Soft-Ride AAL kit is good, 2 pair of leaves you can mix-n-match as needed for the height/quality you want (http://www.gorancho.com/). The Soft-Ride kit includes one pair of long, thin leave and a 2nd pair of slightly shorter, somewhat thicker leaves. You want avoid any AAL kits that just use one pair of very short, very thick leaves.

Blocks will increase chances of axle wrap/wheel hop under load and they will also do nothing to help the oveloaded springs handle the weight that is making that go flat. Also, ride is probably stiff now since the rest of the leaves are sitting on the stiff overload leaf on the bottom. Blocks will not affect that, AAL will lift the rest of the leaves off the overload actually softening the ride from what you may have now.
