22re issue

my truck has been a DREAM and an over 1k mile road tripper until yesterday the truck started right up with the usual little bit of smoke right away but started up real loud and idled unusually high at about 2k for a bit,

i parked at taco hell and after it refused to turn over, and giving it gas did nothing ,and when it does it missfires spudders and shudders real bad for about a minute
eventually it will idle fine and run okay

today i was driving engine bogged out when i tried to give it gas,
and when i gave it gas rpms dropped and truck nearly stalled but never did, if i released throttle and push the clutch the truck will idle normally, and rev seemingly normally, i some how "unbogged it" by revving the engine in neutral and giving it gas the truck seemed to fix it self for the time being and drive okay

i just replaced the spark plugs today it helped the startup a little, i dont know where to start, MAF? fuel pump? valve seals? rings? thanks

Replace the fuel filter if it hasn`t been done in a while, and see if that helps, also check the TPS, that can also cause the problem your having.

That could be caused by bad valve guide seals.

Missing a few words there, huh?

Sounds like fuel pump to me as well.
I'd replace that and do a full tune-up on it (if it hasn't been done recently).

Mainly fuel filter, plugs and the usual cleanings (TB and such).

check the fuse and pump relay first. You may have just heated up the pump leading you to blow the fuse/relay.
