Are they the same?

85 and up should be the same as long as it has the pear shape exhaust ports and not the round ones

EFI has an O2 sensor port in the manifold. California smog carbureted 22Rs also have an O2 sensor, but federal smog 22Rs do not.

my efi doesnt have an 02 in the manifold... they might be different, ive had to sell a header because it was for a 22r and was supposed to fit my re, but didn't.

my 86 22r has a stock manifold that looks kinda like a after market header
