From: I live in Red Bluff ca. Right by the Sacramento river
Its the bar right next to the dipstick for the exhaust manifold.
No seriously, It is shaped like a long u?.?. It is connected to the frame and your axle, should have bushings. Its really right in your face if you stick your head under the truck. I have mine removed. It does let it flex better, but it also leans a lot more in the front when you take turns. And no your rear doesnt have one. Some axles have a rear sway bar, but usually later models.

Thats the absolute first thing that came off my truck, its basically a 3/4" round bar that snakes along the front axle and is attached with some long bolts and bushings, cant miss it.
This is off an IFS truck but it should give you an idea of what it looks like:

I have about 4 of them laying around, one even has brand new poly bushings but my trucks never gonna see a sway bar, or the torque arm ever again.

Front sway connects to both sides of the axle and bolts to the frame:

Passenger side end link:

No rear sway bar.

the long box is the sway bar, the vertical boxes are the links, if ur looking to disconnect just unbolt them

more likely than not, the bolts will snap, strip out, and or bend, so if u plan to put it back on, pick up a new set at auto zone/ advanced auto they r cheap, around 15-20 bucks\
there is none in the rear, and street performance wont be noticeably affected unless u hit the highway or really hard turns at speed, the body will just "roll" more
