Could be the road, could be the air in your tires, could be worn brake pads, could be air in your brake lines, it could be a number of things.

i would put my money on the left caliper being frozen.

pull the pads and check the caliper out. If its bad i would go buy new loaded calipers from your local auto store. They might be pricey but they usualy have decent (bendix) pads and have a lifetime warranty. (I have taken advantage of mine already)

Good advice. Don't automatically assume caliper. Start cheap and easy then work your way up.

its fairly easy to check if a caliper is seized. its also the most likely culprit.

Tire pressure first, but its most likely a seized piston in your caliper. I would replace both with a loaded set from a parts store.

Could also be the belts in the tire shifted out of wack. rotate the tires and see if it pulls tho the other side.

Another possibility: is the torque rod in place? This is the solid bar that runs from the tower on the front axle to the frame, right next to the draglink. If a previous owner (or yourself) removed it, axle wrap under braking will cause the truck to pull right.
