i would put my money on the left caliper being frozen.
pull the pads and check the caliper out. If its bad i would go buy new loaded calipers from your local auto store. They might be pricey but they usualy have decent (bendix) pads and have a lifetime warranty. (I have taken advantage of mine already)

Another possibility: is the torque rod in place? This is the solid bar that runs from the tower on the front axle to the frame, right next to the draglink. If a previous owner (or yourself) removed it, axle wrap under braking will cause the truck to pull right.
