New '83 w/ pics
Got a few bad night pics of my '83 p/u 5speed. Waiting on a shop to replace the flywheel for me then I'll paint and protect it. Only surface rust and the engine was rebuilt 3k ago, primered right now, new clutch, starter and lots of other parts. Got it for $1500.
Pics aren't very good but once I get back from work next week I'll take a lot more good ones.

Welcome to our little world of the 1st Gen Truck.
Looks like a good base. Be sure to inspect the floor of the cab.
Looks like your plans include the basics for a great trail truck. I am sure you will go dual transfer cases eventually. All it took was an organized trail run to see what some other trucks could do...

Changed my mind on the 33's gonna go with 35's, just added everything on the list up and it's over $10k canadian and I'm sure I'm missing lots... This might take a 5 or 6 months depending on whether or not I wanna live in it, keep my girlfriend and avoid massive debt.
