i don't want to go too far from oem specs i ha always love these trucks there have been many trough my family nut this one is mine and i plan to keep it.

 

81 with OME lift, ARB front and rear lockers, 32" m/t's, 4.56 gears.

damn that OME is more of a lift than i wanted lol. wonder if i can just remove a leaf in each spring to bring it closer to factory height?

 

very nice...I thought about converting my 81 to the 82-83 headlights/grill but decided to keep it stock.
The ARB looks awesome. Stock ARB for 1st Gen or did you make a 2nd Gen bumper work.

runner is white but all original. not sure if i wanna paint if i do, the truck and runner will have matching red paint

rarer than Trekkers and TrailBlazers...but kind of fugly IMO..though that one is in pretty dang good shape

 

Im not sure. I picked them up used on CL since my old tires were cracked.

 

well they look good. i can only find wheels that fit IFS. i had to use spacers which i dont mind

 

The ARB is made for an 84-85 pickup/4runner. Yea I had to cut on it to make it fit right. Thanks for the compliments.

 

That is with one leaf removed from each spring pack. Its only about 2" over stock.

I've seen this truck in one of the off road mags! It was a major motivator in me buying my 83! Nice truck sir!
