Exhaust Hangers

I need pictures of how the exhaust pipe hangs after the muffler. I'm trying to put a new exhaust on the truck and I cant figure out how it suppose to hang with the rubber rings. Pics all of angles from the muffler back would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I have the body and bed off of my frame. It looks as tho the majority of the factory hangers have been retained; however, the PO added some extra hangers when he did the exhaust (that is about to be removed...). Check out the pics in my build up thread here:

You might be able to get enough detail of the hangers on there. If not, let me know and I can take some better pictures for you when I get home tonight.

Pictures as promised:

I have 4 hangers on the cross member located at the rear cab mounts. It looks like the the outer 2 hangers (one bolted to the frame rail and one bolted to the cross member) appear to be factory. The two inner hangers look like they were welded on (not being used in the picture below). You have also see the hangers on the cross member/rear shock mount. They appear to be factory hangers too (not being used either). See picture below:

Another shot of the hangers located on the cross member at the rear cab mounts:

Another shot of the hangers located above the rear shocks. You can also see the tail pipe hanger in the upper right hand corner:

Hanger located on the rear frame rail for the tail pipe:

I hope this helps you out. Let me know if there is anything else I can investigate for you.

I appreciate the pictures. I am missing that hanger on the back but I know why its gone. My exhaust has always been sketchy mounted lol. I really need to take my truck bed off to do this.

I plan on using the factory hangers when I redo my exhaust. Lucky for me, among all the stupid things the PO did, cutting off the exhaust hangers was not one of them!
