Which Clutch

Need some advice on which clutch to get here guys.

Right now im running an stocker with bout 15000km on it. It DONE and i cant adjust the pedal any more for it to work. With my motor it would always slip if id ever hammer on the pedal on hills or anything. Now I threw on the boggers and it destroyed it within 1 month.

Ive heard great things about marlin but i cant order from them due to the retarded duty fees we get in Canada.

I always tow boats and atvs, boggers stay on most times, I do DD this thing but dont care how grabby the clutch feels.

So from trailgear.ca i can order any of the centerforce clutches or the aisin 1600lb ceramic they sell. The Aisin and dualfriction are the same price. What to do?
This blew in the wrong time, supposed to tow my boat to wells bc for bc day next week so im short on time guys

Yeah, I would have said Marlin, why are they so expensive and trail gear isn't? That's strange. I got a stock clutch and it's fine for me. A lot of people don't like centerforce but a lot do...I'm on 30x9.50s so it's really not an issue for me to run a stock clutch. Sorry I'm not more help.

you wouldn't burn through the clutch so fast if you were geared right for the tires you're running

I hear that! Good luck. I have to pull my transmission pretty soon here to get some things checked out. Considering putting in a new clutch even though there's only about 15,000 miles on it...it's stock and I sort of wished I had put something stronger in just because why not? Don't want to have to pull the tranny anytime in the next 10 years either so I might. Either way...getting the tranny in & out was my least favorite job of anything I've done to that truck.

I agree ..
I ran a stock clutch in the white knight for ever .. ( in PG )
I towed boats , trailers .. 4WD mud .. everything . in 12 years, NEVER had a problem

36" swampers , ARB's and 5:29's .. this pic was in /97 .. at the end of the trucks life

.

don't even think about the centerforce, personally I don't trust them. seen them fail miserably in a lot of SCCA track cars. I can't imagine how they would do on our trucks let alone with 35's.
