I'm in the process of installing a rebuilt 22R and am wondering if anyone knows where I can find a heater hose diagram? This is a 1983 Toyota 4x4 pickup. I've searched the archives and no luck.

hey, new too yotatech. need a heater hose diagram also. i bought an 83 and the heater core wouldnt warm up. the hot water switch had been bipassed, thought it was the core but pulled it and it was good disconnected both hoses and ran the rig, too my surprise water blasted out of both hoses and when i connected them together i had no flow becuse of the opposing forces. it is not the original 22r( i think ) has anyone else had this problem? links pics or answers would be awsome. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Hi I was having the same problem with my 83 Toyota Tercel does not have factory original motor in it motor was changed due to I was told emissions every place literally every part of the heating system to get the heater core to work with no luck and since I replace the heater core it now runs a little bit warmer than it should any help would be greatly appreciated I've been trying to fix this problem for quite some time

That is from the factory service manual. Out of print forever. I forgot what I paid for mine on ebay but when i parted out my 81 i ended up selling it for about $75 on ebay a few years ago

Does anyone have a part # for the copper heater radiator pipes? One of mine is busted and I cannot find a part number. Thanks in advance!
