My folks live in steamboat and get this... they go to New Zealand for the winter (My dad lives for fishing now that they are retired) So pick some dates after Jan 1st and I'll book the house (3 bedrooms 1 block from the gondola!)

Oh and I'd like to take credit for watching the profanity but I curse like a sailor in person in the comfort of my own home... Just so you know... LOL
