Spring Break Camping/Wheelin 3-21-05
#1
Hey guys, this is my first thread on YotaTech. I have been a member for a few months just reading and viewing photos/videos from all you wonderfull toyota people.
This week is spring break for some of us that are in school and a few buddys and I went on a little trip to Tygh Vally Oregon for some camping and wheelin. We had a good time even though it was only one night. I picked up a little damage to my rear bumper, I was not too happy about that but it was all in good fun. I have pictures of the damage in the link. The 4Runner is mine and the pickup is my buddy's. Let me know what you think. Thanks guys and any suggestions for my Runner or just in general would be great

Oh ya almost forgot, My clutch starting spining on me as I was heading up a road hill on the way there. I had to pull over and let it cool down before I was able to continue on. The clutch has been making some sounds and this was the first time this sort of spining had happend. I was pretty easy on her when we were wheelin so I didnt get any real real good pictures. I didnt wanna burn out my clutch and be stranded almost 2 hours from home. The rear bumper carnage happend because I wanted to make sure I had enough momentum and wouldnt have to worry about getting too stuck and burning out the clutch. I made it home fine and now I have to spend $365 dollars on a new clutch

It started snowing on us... By the time we left for to head home there was an inch or so, news reports said something about 5-6 inches had fallen the day we left. I wish we could have stayed another night

Most of my info on my Runner is in my sig, if there was something spacific you wanted to know pm me. The pickup is my buddys, he just bought it. It's a 91 with 33x12.50 mt/s, i'm not to sure on what type of wheels he has(i don't think he asked) and it has i'm guessing a 1 or 2 inch body lift, other then that its pretty much stock. Thanks for the comments.
