I think 4-5 might be understating Boulder Carnage a bit. If you take all the bypasses, I could agree with the 5 rating, but add in all the optional obstacles and I think you're at a solid 7. BV Carnage I would rate as a 9+ (with leaving some room for Die Tryin', Cactus II, and some others)

Why is CO on a 10 point scale when the rest of the country is on a 5 pt scale?
