PSC full hydro
Well after a few years of running the "home made" X-over steering I finally reached the limit of the stock arms and they started to crack at the stud holes, so I decided to get myself an early Christmas gift. I calld up Brandon at RIDES and had him get me a full PSC hydro kit. I got it all put on and took a few pics of the install.....

I tried to make most of the stuff bolt on so I drilled and sleeved the front truss so I could bolt on the ram mount......
I cut the ram mount out of 1/4" alu. and bent it up in the press at work...
I also cut some gussets for the bottom of the plate and miged them on....

Once I got that all worked out and plumed I put on the new high steer arms from Marlin Crawler and made the tie rods...
I added some brake line mounts to the arms as well as cut down the pass. side arm
I got a Turtle head.
The ram ended up being offset to the driver side a little so the tie rods are different lengths...

Got the tie rods on and got every thing bolted up...
Went over to MUDPRO metal works and bent out a ram guard made out of 1.75" .1875 wall DOM and welded a flange to bolt the front face of the ram mount.....
Got that all welded up and put on.....
Let me know what yall think. Thanks. New guy here.

Thats pretty sweet man! I like the brake line holders, the aluminum tray and your mig AL welds, look pretty good too, I'm horrible at mig AL, I'll take a tig anyday...
Yeah four link up front is pretty interesting! how much lift is that and tire size?

As far as lift height it's about 3" on 38.5s. I ended up sliding the front axle up 13" and the rear up 3" so I have a 112" WB with exactly 50/50 weight distribution from front to back. Here's a pic of some of the travel..... Oh and here's my build thread on my local forum. LINK
