Bolt to the frame sliders??
Does anyone know of a rock slider manufacturer that sells bolt on sliders? I believe Demello Offroad may have them, but not sure. I would like to also get some that are unfinished, so I can prime, paint, and install them myself.

I have 4Crawler sliderz, but I welded them on.
THE BEST bolt ons are CBI Fab though. SUPER easy to put on and pretty beefy. Not sure if they make them for preTacos though...

I just drilled holes and used Roger's self-tapping bolts to mount mine. If I have any problems with that then I'll get longer bolts and go through the frame. I'll post some pics on the weekend.

Here's some pics of my sliders. These are 63" long, 4Crawler's normal 3rd gen ones are 66" but I thought I would have clearance problems with the fender flares. Turns out 66" would have fitted fine though.

Also am working on a 3rd (or 5th) bolt-on option. This method uses threaded inserts that are pretty easy to install w/ simple hand tools. THreaded insert bolt to the left, self-tapping bolt to the right:
The threaded insert gives approx. 4 times the thread engagement that the self-tapping bolt does:
Still working on the cost for this installation option. Will include a returnable installation tool. Does require drilling holes in the frame slightly over 1/2" in dia.
The inserts will also be available as a retrofit to existing self-tapping bolt installed sliders if you want to get a stronger mount. Normally, only the bottom-most bolt holes use the threaded inserts.
