96 tacoma 4wd mpg decrease what to look for

Hey guys newby to the forums.
I have a 1996 toyota tacoma 4x4 xtra cab 3.4 v6 auto. I have owned since 1998 it has around 190,000 on it been a great truck. I recently have lost mpg`s. The truck has always gotten around 19 to 22 miles per gallon interstate and city year around. now its around 15 to 18 mpg`s and it started in November 2010. So far I check tire pressure regularly, I have ran a fuel system cleaner thru it and it is still to early to tell what that will do. What else should I look for or try or is anyone else having this issue?

have you replaced your fuel filter?

Replaced fuel filter and did a tune up about 9 months ago, replaced o2 sensor about 6months ago.

have you checked all your fluid levels?

Have you cleaned the MAF and TB?

No havent cleaned the manifold or throttle body how do I go about cleaning them?

MAF=Mass Air Flow sensor

Dang, I knew I should have just asked what maf stood for instead of just guessing. LOL
