I bought a 86 4runner with the head off and redone I put it all back together got it running but after adjusting the timing it still runs like ˟˟˟˟ I did a compression check and all cylinders where good Ive adjusted the valves and still the same. It revs up real slow and floored it goes to only about 3800 rpms and it takes about 30 seconds to do that. I get a code 11 any suggestions or anyone in san diego area have time to meet up and help? I will put up a video if not by tonight by tomorrow.
