96 tacoma 4wd mpg decrease what to look for

Hey guys newby to the forums.
I have a 1996 toyota tacoma 4x4 xtra cab 3.4 v6 auto. I have owned since 1998 it has around 190,000 on it been a great truck. I recently have lost mpg`s. The truck has always gotten around 19 to 22 miles per gallon interstate and city year around. now its around 15 to 18 mpg`s and it started in November 2010. So far I check tire pressure regularly, I have ran a fuel system cleaner thru it and it is still to early to tell what that will do. What else should I look for or try or is anyone else having this issue?
Thanks in advance for any help.
