rear mud flaps - on or off?

i have mine on for two reasons, i dont have any reason to take them off, and i dont want to cause any problems with the local police.
as far as looks go i think it depends on the rest of your rig...(lift height, tire size, etc.)

BTW, I had interference problems with the tailpipe of my Magnaflow and the metal mounting plate for the RR mudflap. Took 'em off, fixed the problem, and it looks better for it.
