22re-c turbo setup?
Is there any company that makes a setup for a 1984 22re-c? Or is there anyone who makes a supercharger? Or (hehe) is there a setup from another toy year or model that will fit this engine?

well in 86-87 I believe Toyota made a turbo engine and votrec makes a supercharger for just about any behicle. I would try all the major supercharger companies to find one.

Toyota made a 4-cyl 22RET (but the lag was tremendous), but those are quite rare. I say go custom on the turbo, or get a supercharger. Hey, why not "Supra-charge" it,

www.supracharged.com
All you need to know about the infamous supra swap. You can easily get a 7m-gte for around 1000-1500 with the wiring harness, ECU etc. if you get a super good deal

I've owned a Camden supercharged 22r. It puts out lots of torque. Two versions - a low boost and a high boost version depending on your compression.
I'm now working on a 22RE turbo setup. I'm using a 22RET motor as a base, but a 22RE could be used as well (piston swap, 2 holes in the block for oil feed/ return).
EFI will be under $500. It will use factory EFI hardware. Exhaust side will be custom fabricated, t3/t4 turbo. If you can get a 7m-gte installed and running for $1500, that would be the way to go. My budget will probably exceed $2k, but the motor will be completely rebuilt.
