you gotta be carefull how you word things and always include info about your rig or people will tear you a new one. put yer vehicle info. in your signature like everyone else does and it wont happen again. you edit your sig somewhere in the user CP i think.

Replace the coils- Old Man Emu, Moog, Downey.. they all make coils at about $150/set. The other option is coil spacers (cheaper?).

I went with the OME medium rate springs and Nitrocharger shocks. I can haul my kids and a load of luggage comfortably. The ride isn't too harsh and my 4Runner rides level with a load.

The rear is already sagging. Your options there are to replace the coil springs with new springs (possibly one with a higher rate) or install coil spring spacers... to get the rear end back up.
But then you have to consider that with either option, it may eventially sag again.... So maybe air-bags should be in the 'to-do' list to prevent the rear from sagging even more... or at least air-shocks.

Hello all- looks like the search function is my friend! My 95 runner needs an ass-lift, and it looks like you all have covered the solution pretty well here.

loving this site thus far!

Thanks!

To anyone else out that that reads this thread, toyteclifts.com sells a kit for 2gen runners that lifts the suspension 2 inches and fixes the sag. It comes with front ball joint spacers and coils for the rear.

I just swapped in some Moog variable rate coils for the factory ones, leveled it out perfectly.
