That's a metal TEQ oil cap and from what LITTLE research I've done they aren't very common. If I recall correctly they were done for a short time period, it went something like this: Certain Toyota's came with plastic triangular oil caps, then for a short period they switched to this round metal, then they went to round plastic with the TEQ logo. And from my own experience they then went to round plastic with TOYOTA as part of the plastic, then round plastic with painted on OIL and drip symbol. I believe I read the info on a vintage celica forum

Albeit that thing is pretty rough looking, here's mine I found at a yard on an old skool celica. First I've ever seen in a couple years at various yards throughout the southern california area.

And here's a chromed one I had seen at a Toyota restorers event, from a 1967 2000GT

Sorry for going off on your sale thread....good luck! You might want to check ebay...here's one I googled....might be surprised how much he's asking http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Celica-Corolla-71-72-73-74-ta22-ra21-te27-oil-cap-metal-/190640660075?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c63119e6b&vxp=mtr&x=49&y=3
