As far as I know the IAC is motorized in one direction and spring loaded in the other- there is a direction for air flow to help load the valve in the correct direction.

Well I was able to get the light working. Used part# 84222-35090, changed the plug end, and used a thicker washer on the switch. Bobs your uncle.

So Toyota made 2 different radiators? This one may not be the original. But it is an all metal one. I need to call the radiator shop on Monday and see if they make repairs.
