I got a Honda van a couple months back and could kinda use a truck now more than the 4runner. The only downside will be less passenger room but I use it mostly for work and play anyways. The 4runner has been running very good lately.

No oil leaking

All power works
I installed vinyl flooring a few months back to replace the carpet
I replaced the old 3.0 auto starter with a 3.4 manual starter that I put new contacts in
A/C works good
No rear sag
Mobile 1 in tranny and diffs
All new hoses and belts
Tow hitch

Bad:
May want to replace the charcoal canister because the one I got had the mounting tabs broken off so I have it in there on a custum bracket.

Radiator was replaced about a month ago but the top welds got loose and I used some steel weld on it. Works fine with no probs but just letting this be known.

Driver side seat has the usual rip in it( when I bought it)

Removed cargo carpet ( Not a prob for me, I kinda like it)

Front windshield has a crack that goes about halfway across from pass. side. Happened 2 winters ago from ice but hasn't spread, I use that winshield stuff.

Above the driverside tailight there is a small dent and the tailight is somewhat cracked but you really wouldn't notice. From part of tree falling on the bumper.

Passenger front wheel and rear driver has some rust on it from when it sat for the engine swap. They are crome so you can't tell when it's polished unless your real close.

The tires may need to be replaced within the next 10k miles but they have plenty thread, I've just worn them from spinning them out and taking curves kinda fast with the 3.4. 32's maybe 33's will fit nicely.

Paint is lightly scratched where I removed the peeling stripes on the side a couple years back.Grille guard & roof rack have some chipped paint.

Speedometer jumps around a little some times but I've replaced the cable with one from Toy but that did'nt solve it. Not really noticeable.

I was going to get a custom molding for the rear 6x9s but I haven't done that yet. They are in the stock speaker spot.

For the most part I have fixed or gotten fixed any problems that I had with this truck. I polish it every few months and the paint is still good. The interior is still pretty clean.

I am looking to trade for a Tacoma with:
3.4 v6 I love the power
4x4 (a must)
preferably manual but may consider auto
I really want the rear diff locker
ext cab would be nice but I can live without it
Any year
Must be in good mechanical shape.
