I am guessing broken shift fork but figure I should ask and see what you guys have to say.

Pulled the shifter assembly out.....I can move the shift mechanism into 1 and 2 position but nothing is there. 3,4,5 feel like they want to move the truck and R grinds a bit but will not go in.......I don't know jack about the Toy trannies so any ideas would be great.

Next ? Can I use parts from a R150F from a V6 truck to fix it?(I have one of them here.)

We need a more complete description of what is going on to help you better. Was it running before? What happened, when did you notice it? Was it making any funny noises? Has it sat around for years? How's the clutch? The hydraulics? The transfer case? Give us more!
