changes to 06 hilux surf (japanese t4r)

they were announced on the 16th...

projector headlights, new grille and bigger fogs are just a few changes...

not for at least 3 or 4 more years if they follow tradition.

new body style gets a revamp at year 2 or 3, then another slight one 2 years after w/ some additional options, then 2 years later the new generation comes out...

Dude, you can have them too, it's not that difficult to retrofit yours.

My total retro cost me may be about $200 I got lights from friend at body shop for $70 + wire harness and some hardware.

Yea I do like ur setup but I want something that retains more of a OEM look.....(chromey) If I add a projector, I want to add something else like a sidemarker blinker or something like that(similar to Jetta)

I decide to paint headlights but you can easily add a chrom shroud from any projector, that would look very OEM. About side markers, I have them too, it was very easy to do, may be 1-2 hours for the price of $12, both ML320 side markers.

i think im afraid to buy a new car for this reason!! i dont wanna buy first or second model year and then wish i had a later one due to improved features and looks at the same price

used used used for me... at least for a few years yet
