Rear Bumper build up

Yamaha+Toyota=Fun (Austin) and I started workin on a couple of new rear bumpers for our trucks...My dad originally started these but has since not completed them so we decided to take over. When we started Austins was welded up but not finished and both were cut. They're made of 5x2 square steel tube and 5' 2/3" long, we got the idea for the design from Mikey's (Mikeys87) build ups. Here's a few pics from todays work...hopefully we'll get the stock for the D-ring hangers tonite and can finish em up this weekend.

Will throw up some more pics as we get these things finished.

Kevin-you know thats the way you gotta do it...more heat to melt the metal...if you look in the first pic on the right side is a fire extinguisher
We're both wearin shields while the other person is grinding...unless the other person isn't in the garage.
