Where to buy Front End Rebuild Kit?

Where to buy Front End Rebuild Kit?
I need to rebuild the front end (ball joints, pitman arm, idler arm, tie rods). Does anyone have any suggestions on where to get these? I'd like to get a kit instead of buying a piece at a time.
It's for my daily driver so I don't need heavy duty stuff.

i dont think anyone makes a "kit" for an IFS truck, i think that you have to get all of the parts separately

:pat: and if you look in your phone book under "Automobile Parts" you will find where to get those...

Here's one:

Can't vouch for quality but the guys feedback is good enough for me. Would use the "Ask seller a Question" feature and get to know him a little before hitting the "buy it now button" though. Definitely I'd make sure I was comfortable with him and the parts first.

i ordered that exact kit (see above). have yet to install it, but the guy did deliver the parts very quickly. the chassis 1 parts he's selling are rebadged moog components

I think somebody on this board had a problem with that e bay vendor, but before I go on record as recommending against him, let me say that I believe that the aforementioned Yotatecher is now off the board for whatever reason. So... take that opinion/experience for what its worth. Also, if you have a choice, I recommend rebuilding your idler arm instead of replacing (unless you know its bent) Only 13-15 bucks. I followed this write up and it couldn't have been easier. http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/maintenance/idler/
Good luck

will do
my first impression is that the parts are of good quality (they have MOOG stamped on the box) and will make more than adequate replacements. but, it could take a while before i really comment on them. my truck is so rusted that its taking a while to pull the front suspension apart

Just did everything but the ball joints on my '94 4Runner ... bought all the parts separately at Kragen - if you use them order the parts online then pick 'em up at the store ... I saved quite a few bucks ... some parts are near $10-20 cheaper price on their website (www.partsamerica.com) than in the store. The store guys claimed it was probably because they'll get me for shipping - and I was like - DUH dude, I'm PICKING THE PARTS UP IN THE STORE, not having 'em shipped!!!!
Annnyway, after rebuilding the entire frontend (inner & outer tierods, shocks, pitman, idler, and stabilizer) --- I now feel like I'm drivin' a JEEP instead of a 4Runner - very tight front end and much more controlable, but now it's a LOT more bouncy - i.e. I feel like every single pothole, lane dot, etc. As much as I thought I'd get that "factory" ride back by replacing everything ... unfortunatly I'll have to say that the old loose sloppy worn out parts were a much smoother ride, especially on these SoCal freeways!
Not sure if it's the parts I used, the shocks I put in, or what - but I really thought I'd get a better ride out of the new parts ... oh well, lesson learned. Replace what's bad only and leave the rest stock for as long as possible I guess........
