fuel pump not getting power 87

fuel pump not getting power 87
I have an 87 4runner and i thought the pump was bad but turns out its not even getting power. anyone have any idea where i should check first?

check the following if it is a fuel injection 22re
fuses
relay
mass air flow sensor
the rubber boots that connect the mass air flow sensor to the intake pipe.
