I Hurculined my 3rd Gen Limited flares and body cladding. I did the grill and my speaker box last week and was very satisfied with the results.
I just washed it in the pics so the flares are wet and the weather stripping is not installed. I'll take better pics tomarrow.

It is a 1969 Bronco Half Cab. It had a 170 6 cyl with a blown head when I bought it so the block/transmission is sitting in the woods so I am looking for a 351 windsor or a 5.0 HO EFI. I am the second owner and it has not run since 1989.
some stats.....
-5.5" superflex suspension
-3" body lift
-blue urathane bushings
-frame off restoration
-POR 15 (frame, axles, suspension)
-Ford 9" rear axle with trac lock differential 4.10 ratio
-Dana 20 transfer case
-33x12.50 BFG Mud on 15x10 amercan racing wanted 38.5 but the wheels and tires were only $100

I put Herculiner on the front bumper of my taco and hated it... It's not very durable, so every time a rock hits it it flakes off. Also it faded really quick, Within 8 months, my bumper was a dull grey, not shiny black.... Plus it was a pain in the ass to get off (steel tube bumper that i made). Took me a whole day with a wire wheel. Now i just use gloss black spray paint, works 10 times better, and it's easier to repair.

That looks really nice. I plan to do the same thing on my runner too. I thought about lineX too, and the duplicolor spray on liner. WOnder which one is the easiest, most durable and economy way to go.

Here is some more pics. I think I am going to roll on another coat and finally do around my tag. Check out my new roll bar
I was waiting for the glue to dry on the side cladding, I was a little hard on it.

I need to put the weather stripping on but I don't know what type of adhesive to use?
