Bilstein Shocks (Yes I searched)

Just researching these tonight and putting them on my wish list. My questions were:

-Do these give any type of lift?
-Do they improve flex?
-Can you see them while looking at the truck, like if your not underneath it obviously.

I read that give little to no lift, maybe 1/2"
I didn't see anything much about the flex, and nothing about my last question. The only reason I ask the last question is because I was behind a new Z71 today with bright blue shocks that looked like bilsteins and I enjoyed watching them.

They give a little less than a half an inch. A little less than the size of your finger nail.

No, you can't see them unless you kneel down.

Thanks for the offer but I don't have the money right now, and I'm 2WD. Pretty sure the front shocks are different for the 4WD and 2WD.

Yeah I read a couple thousand posts about the cornering, handling, washboard roads, etc...

Just didn't see anyone mention the flex aspect.

They'll fit just fine. No, they won't lift. No, they won't change the amount it flexes unless the length is significantly different.

They'll physically fit, and work fine. The difference is in the valving. Chances are, they're a bit stiffer.
