Rod,

Looks like a good deal to me! Hopefully you had time to check it out in person.

I'm another eBay 4runner owner. The guy listed it only for a few hours, I contacted him, I met him for lunch, drove it, inspected it, and bought it the same day. Couldn't be more happier.

Plans for improvement...

metal22lica - Probably the first thing I'm going to do is put in some of the Downey springs that I hear everyone here speak so highly of. Probably some new shocks, too.

When that's done I'm gonna start on the audio. I'm pulling the Kenwood MP3 player out of my s-10 and putting it in my 4Runner. The S-10 has got to go! It's been a good 'un, but the Yota is about to arrive...

It's amazing how hyped I am to be getting a 12 year old vehicle. I guess it's knowing the dependability and durability that Toyotas are manufactured with.

I'll keep everyone posted as improvements are made...

I wonder what all blue interior lights would look like??? What do you think guys?

Ahhh...someone from Statesboro. I have a ton of friends at GSU. I've had some good time partying there myself!

Congrats on the rig. As far as blue interior lights go, try getting in touch with UKMyers, he has done a lot of work on lighting in his rig.

Unless accurate maintenance records come with it and tell you when things were done, I'd replace the timing belts ASAP.
Otherwise, a very nice ride!

Well it's about time they step up and play with the big boys in football. GSU is very close to Clemson in student population - there is no reason to be playing Division I-AA ball

I agree...

I agree 100%... The reason it's not happenning is because of the fan base here... There's not enough fan support for them to build a new stadium to meet the seating requirements necessary if they move up... I really think that's got ALOT to do with it..

96_First_Responder - I was a little apprehensive of the blue on blue scheme at first, but it grew on me... I think it's gonna be pretty damn cool...

Congrads. on your purchase, you will love it. Nice color too. You may want to check to see if the head gasket has been replaced. Just call a Toyota dealer with the VIN no. I would also change all the belts and fluids and then start on the mods.

N I C E R I D E ! ! !

That is an awesome deal! Blue lights would be a nice addition. I know Joey (UKMyers) loves his so far. From one blue on blue owner to another, I think the blue on blue is a cool color combo. I'm a little biased though .

Good luck with it!

Very good find, and clean.

I paid $10.5K for my '91 back in November of '98 with 132k on the odo, and 16k on a brand new short block thanks to the head gasket campaign.

Do run that VIN # to see if yours has had the work done.
