Rear window switches
These little babies may be repairable. I got tired of hearing 45 bucks for a used one so I said to myself, self, theres got to bo a better way. I took the switch apart and found that the contacts had simply corroded to the point that it wouldn't work anymore. I sanded them lightly and coated them with a little dialectric and cleaned out all the crud. Works like new.

Babypig this would be a good thing to do a write up on. I dissembled every moving part on my AC switch tonite trying to change the background lighting to blue. There are 7 moving parts in it believe it or not took me an hour to get it back together but the contact set up is really simple. Could save people money as them babies are expensive to replace!

I tried repairing mine today. The window still doesnt go down, but at least the switch is nice and clean. TIme to do more investigation as to where the problem is.
Thanks for the idea of taking it apart. I am going to clean the the rear window lock switch now too
