Steering stop noise - please help - need pictures!

Well, both my friend and I have '93 Ext. Cab pickups and both of us experience loud popping/racheting noise that only happens on hard turns (like a sharp turn into a parking space). It doesn't matter if I'm in 4wd or 2wd. It's really loud and it sounds like a metal on metal sound... but who knows. Well, after searching and reading, it sounds like it will be the steering stops. It can't be my sway bar because I took it off a while ago. I want to buy new steering stops, or just grease them up, but I have no idea what they look like or where they car. Can someone take some quick snapshots please and help me out? Thanks.

Well I looked at them and they seem to be ground down pretty bad. I haven't greased them up yet since I don't have any grease. Can you buy them? What would the part # be? I'd rather just replace them and then keep them greased.

Kevy...you rock. I just got the bolt covers/Groan covers and was not sure where they went. That is perfect.

Thanks for the informative pics!!!!

BTW...the bolt covers are available here: Link (Thank you Fahrenheit 451).

We talked about this in another thread. https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show...ighlight=groan

Well I greased them up and it seems to work. I think I'll just leave them like that for a while until I feel like spending 25 bucks to get new ones.... Thanks a lot for the help.
