i got a LOT of questions and messages about how i did the air intake on my 3rz swap in my 87 4runner. i kept the air intake on the passenger side and swapped the battery to the driver side. it is a short intake with most of the baffles removed. i used the factory tube that crosses over the valve cover becuase it uses a bracket to the side of the head for stability, which is adapted to a 70 - 80mm silicone adaptor, to the MAF, and then straight to a cone filter. this is a simply setup and doesnt take up much space. this should be exactly what marlins son has on his rig also. here are part numbers.
