Should my t-chain guides look like this?

1993 Truck 4x4 22re Manual 187,000 miles

I'm tracking down a mysterious an oil disappearance in my truck and I pulled the plugs (which all look great) and decided to adjust the valves and see if anything was wonky there - just the exhaust ones were tight so I adjusted those. I also noticed that the timing chain guides (which have about 80k miles and are metal backed) are being worn into which I know is fine but I thought I would ask if this amount of wear is normal. Thanks!

Just a guess, but that guide looks pretty thick.
iirc, the oem guides use shoulder bolts, and even after torqued it allows some lateral movement of the guide.
I think the aftermarket metal-backed guides are bolted in place with no movement.
