Yet another weird idle issue.

Alright. I'm about at my wit's end with this issue. My truck feels weird, and I just cant ignore it. I just put a new short block and head in it, as well as many other little things. As far as power adders its got a 268 torker cam from Redline Cams, ( Also have some questions about that). Since the new motor was installed, the darn thing has been a mess with valve adjustments and I cant find a clear answer. I know the spec according to the chilton manual and presumably toyota is 8 and 12, and ive heard people do 7 and 11. I also found an article about the Redline Cams one that recommended 7 and 9. After trying all of these, I cant find one that helps. On top of that timing this thing has been a mess, on one hand I am not really sure if the timing jump has worked, which means I could be totally off with my timing light. I know some people recomend doing it by ear, and thats all fine and dandy I just need someone to clarify that I can just adjust it till it sounds smooth and nothing will blow up. Someone please, help me and my tired eyes. I've atatched a video of my truck; hopefully and you can see on my AFR its running fairly lean and every cylinder is firing. Thank you in advance for your help.
