Only my low beams work

I have a 1992 4runner. My low beams work, but my high beams, rear running lights, and dash lights don't work. My blinkers do work though. Pretty stumped here

I purchased a vehicle as of late that has programmed headlights. Whenever I first drove around evening time I was unable to get the primary pillars to work, or at least, until I got to some place that had no streetlamps. This is excessively present day for me. Additionally when another vehicle approaches around evening time the headlights consequently plunge.

If your turn signals work, you probably don't need blinker fluid.
Amazon Amazon

Headlights and tail lights don't have anything to do with each other (except for the switches being on the same stalk). For the headlights, pull one of the lamps and check for continuity through the high beam filament. Then check for continuity to ground (the headlights are ground-switched) through the pin connected to the R-Y wire (be careful doing this is if you're using a multimeter to check; the R-W wire goes to battery when you turn on the headlight switch). If your truck came from Canada (daytime running lights), the diagnosis is different.

The taillights, front markers, and dash lights all work through the "Tail" relay (usually) found in the left-kick-panel fuse box. I'd start by checking that relay.

I'd pull your steering column cover off and check for power coming out of the switch. It is the only common item between the headlights and tail lights. If its defective it can cause that
