As the title says. Just replaced the clutch to no avail. Insight or a point in the right direction are appreciated.

Even a correctly operating fan clutch never stops the fan from turning. The fan merely operates at less than actual belt speeds.

Also, when below the critical temperature, the fan clutch lets the fan stop easily when touched/held by hand. IE: you can cause the fan to stop easily with your hand. When above the critical temp, you can still stop te fan, but it's much more difficult.

Other than that, yes, the fan rotates constantly. You can hear the fan clutch engage by a "whooshing" sound. Similar to when you first start the engine. It makes the "whoosh" for the first 30 seconds to one minute, then it goes away until the clutch reaches "the temperature".

No foolishness here, it’s what these experts are here for, my fan never stopped but it was bad, you can audibly hear it whooshing like it’s gonna take off when your starting from a stop, mine was doing it when it was -2 out so I obviously had an issue
