Turn signal 1994 4runner
Turn signals not working. No light on dash nothing. Hazards work fine.
Think fuses are good. Could use a little bit of help if anyone has messed with it I don't have a wiring diagram or fuse diagram. Hate to change the stalk without proving it is bad but I don't know how to do it.
horn blows fuse every time I push it.
isit related? Thanks for any tips. It is a 1994 v6 4wd 5spd.

Welcome to YotaTech.
Uh, wadda you think? While the horn and turn signals are on different connectors, both connectors are underneath the steering column. If you lost both at the same time, I'd expect to find some physical damage that is shorting the horn and opening the turn signals. That's where I would start.
Unless, of course, someone has modified your wiring. In that case, I doubt anyone here can tell you what was done.

Rinse lather repeat. Turn signal does not work period. I changed the flasher relay didn't help.
Connectors look fine.
I was hoping to get a wiring diagram or some actual experience with it. I am stumped and short on time. There is no apparent connection between the problems but I mention it as the reason. No idea if they happened at the exact same time but around the same time. I noticed the turn signal not working and a few days later the horn blew the fuse which took out the hazards. I replaced the fuse hazards work well and stay working till I press the horn
I figured a short outside on the actual horn.
The turn signals won't work period no matter what. I appreciate you attempting to respond but whaddya think is not exactly helpful. I work 16 hours a day most days and time is in short supply. I was hoping to get a wiring diagram or a person who had actual experience with this circuit as it is not the fuse for the turns or the hazards and I don't want to just throw parts at it

Pull the center cover off your steering wheel and inspect all the connections inside the column. Also, you can pull the steering column cover to check your blinker switch isn't broken. Unplug the harness and test to see if any of the wires are supplying power. I had a horn issue years ago, the wire for the horn had disconnected itself underneath the steering wheel center cover, so while I was in there I pulled the contactor assembly apart and emery clothed the contacts. Horn has worked ever since.
Unfortunately I do not have a diagram handy. Good luck.

Ok fixed
It was the fuse in the kick panel.
It threw me off that the other fuse for the horn and hazards was under the hood. I looked in the kick panel box but missed it the first time. The wiring diagram would be a good thing but I found a helpful link that had the fuse boxes pictured and it was helpful.

I fixed the horn as well
It was pushed in to the core support on one side from a branch blow to it and it blows fine now. Not sure if it tripped the turn signal fuse the first time but it definitely tripped the hazard one. Fuse for turn was up in the kick panel by drivers foot. I was focused on the flasher which was by steering wheel and the hazard fuse which was under the hood. I guess I saw the wrong diagram and missed the blown fuse the first time I looked. Hard to fit in there lol. Thanks for the help I encourage anyone else who doesn't have the book check fuses again. I really need a toyota fsm
