Did my lift on my 4th Gen with XREAS this afternoon/evening. Took about 10 hours (including going to get some tools) to do the front and back. I will post a good writeup and pics sometime this weekend. Can say axles work much easier that IFS, so all you axle biggets you are right.

I got 2.5" in the front and 1.75" in the back (spacer were supposed to give 2.5" front and 2" back), I'm happy as it did level out the Runner nicely.

So fender measurements:
Before
Front 33.5"
Rear 35.75"
After
Front 36"
Rear 37.5

I'm happy so time for those new Revos

I didn't have a 17 and 19 wrench in my toolbox :pat: Couldn't believe it when I looked and wanted to work on a Japanese truck

 

I put the 3" Revtek on mine, but for some reason yours looks like it has more lift!

 

What does yours measure before and after? It might just be the angles of the pics.

 

the measurements show that it did raise it 3" in front and 2.5" in rear ... but compared to your pics, both of mine look stock!

are you enjoying the feel of the lift?

 

Enjoyin it so far, feels the same when driving (took it for a quick spin tonight). It might just be my imagination but it sound like there is slighty more road noise in the back now. The rest feels the same, but will see in the next week or so.

Need to take it tomorrow for alignment and start looking for 265/70/17 Revo's

Just finished up Timber725's 4runner using the Revtek Spacers. Took abit longer than I anticipated but we did take a long lunch break though

SD4Runner ... I'm sorry I wasn't there when you called! I wanted to call back but by the time I got your message (I went to play guitar with a friend and left my phone at home by mistake) it was around 6pm. If there's anything I can still help with, just let me know - I have a lot of homework to do, so I will be at home a lot and have my phone with me.

 

I can't wait to see the truck with some new shoes on it now. You need to post a before pic with no lift and stock tires, then one with the lift and new tires.

We did finish the lift yesterday, but I don't think I can beat your writeup. The revtek lift is almost the same as far as taking things out.

The only difference is the placement of the front spacers. We also had to replace the rear shock.

The body metalwork didn't give us much room to work with in tightenting the shock upper bolts. We managed it with a little patience, but wouldn't want to deal with it again (right biff and goodtimes?)
