I recently started my truck and it idled for a minute and then died, I then checked the fuse box and found the EFI fuse blown I replaced it, the truck started fine and ran for a few minutes. I shut it off and waited a few minutes and then tried starting it again to see if the fuse would blow and it did. I looked up 22re EFI fuse blowing problems and that led me to check the o2 sensor wiring to see if it had melted and that was shorting out, turns out that is my exact problem. How should I go about fixing this?

I'd start with carefully disassembling the burned section. You might find that three of the wires are fine, and maybe even that you have all the copper in the single wire but it just wore through the insulation. If that is the case, careful use of electrical tape, first on the one wire, then the bundle, might be a decent repair.
But yours does look pretty bad. If you've lost copper in any of the wires, you'll probably have to cut it out and splice in a new piece. If you have to repair more than one wire, stagger the splices (so you don't end up with a big wad). The best splice is a crimped uninsulated overlap connector, covered with heat shrink tubing (you slide the tubing on before you make the crimp, then move the tubing up and shrink it). If you're careful, a hardware-store common butt-crimp will work, but they're pretty bulky.
Whatever you do, you'll need to find a good, solid way to hold your repaired wire away from anything hot or sharp.
