93 toyota 4runner 3vze idle issue please help

So i turn it on cold runs at 1100 to 1200 till warmed up then drops to 750 so all good will run all day perfectly then i turn it off and back on with it up to temp and it idles at 500 to 250 until i give it some gas or drive for a minute then back to 750 but sometimes will stay at 500 to 250 no matter what. So what could that even be. I need help please i dont want it to het worse on me.

I would first check the throttle cable. At normal (850rpm) idle, push the throttle linkage towards closed. It shouldn't move. If it does, you could have something hanging it up, your idle is actual set for 500, and it only runs at 750 by accident.

I know that is does pushing it closed it slightly bogs down and i have to open it up or it stays there. So where would i go from there

Maybe fixed distributor timing

i check the timing on the distributor and it was waay retarted so i fixed it and for now it seems fixed but if the issue arises again i will update. I saw another thread where someone replaced their distributor and fuel injectors i suspected a fuel injector but decided to test the distributor first to save money. If it arises i will test the fuel injectors.
