So last weekend I went on a road trip but before that I thought I should check things over before the trip. So before this problem my idle on my 1988 3vze was stock 800rpm but sluggish when cruising in 5th then I turned up my timing to 12° now I'm idling at 1100 and no more sluggish but I went to turn the idle screw down but no luck. So while Cruising at high way speed for about an hour then get off the highway to get gas she idles so low below 500 all the way down to 200rpm but wouldn't stall. So when I'm at a stop light I can watch the idle slowly raise. So after my trip I get home and my idle is still doing that extremely low ˟˟˟˟ so I turn the idle screw up and it idled at 800. Drive around a bit and she idles fine. I shut her down for the night start her back up in the morning right back to 1100 at operating temp but now Surging idle when breaks are applied . Any idea what's going on.

Also to add on when I turn down the timing to below zero it idles at 800rpm
